I’ve been on semaglutide for about two months now, and while I’m seeing some positive physical changes, my mental health has been all over the place. I feel this weird heaviness—like everything takes more effort than it should. I’ve always dealt with low-level anxiety, but lately it’s felt more like emotional fatigue. I’m also more irritable than usual, and sometimes I just want to shut everything out. I didn’t expect this at all when I started the treatment.
