Submitted paperwork for a routine preventive screening through Aetna Medicare’s customer portal, but weeks have passed without any status change. My online account still shows “pending review,” and I’ve received no email confirmation or explanation. I used their service form but have seen no reply. Has anyone experienced this exact delay and eventually had the claim processed? I’d love to learn which details finally prompted movement.
