Logged into MyHeritage to explore new DNA matches, but several relatives I expected to see aren’t listed—even though they completed their tests months ago. I submitted a support request via their website but haven’t received confirmation or explanation. Has anyone encountered vanished matches and later had them restored? I’m eager to learn which details encouraged MyHeritage’s team to revisit match results.
