Placed an order on Temu and received a tracking number, but after a week there’s been no scan updates and no delivery estimate. I submitted a help ticket through their site, but the conversation still shows “awaiting review.” Has anyone experienced this tracking silence and eventually received an actual delivery or meaningful update? I’d love to hear what prompted action.
