Is full-stack programmatic really worth it for advertisers and publishers?

I’ve been juggling different platforms for my ad campaigns—one for buying, another for selling, and a bunch of third-party tools in between. It’s a mess. The reporting is inconsistent, the fees stack up, and half the time I don’t even know if I’m getting good value. I keep hearing about full-stack programmatic infrastructure for advertisers and publishers, but is it actually worth switching everything over? I don’t wanna fix one problem just to create another.
