Are intermittent fasting and meal timing really effective for weight loss?

I’ve been considering trying intermittent fasting, but I’m not sure if it actually works or if it’s just another trend. Some people say it helps with weight loss and energy levels, while others claim it’s not sustainable. I usually struggle with late-night cravings, so I’m curious if adjusting my meal timing could actually make a difference. Has anyone had success with it?
