DIY Scenes not being returned for some users and devices

Hi Govee,

I have been promoting your lights a lot in the last year for my app ConnectedRoom.

There are multiple problems I stated in previous thread that never got any replies or fix.

Over the last year, I got zero replies on any of the reports.

Some devices are not returning DIY scenes and I get absolutely zero control to fix this bug in my application, because it is on your side.

After all these months of pushing my users to buy your products, I am facing a wall because you are unsupportive and never update us developers of upcoming changes or bugs, or patches that you may be doing.

For instance, here are the previous discussions I opened in the last 12 months:

Segmented colors are not being returned, which makes it hard to develop a restore feature for developers
Current scene is not being returned, which makes it hard to develop a restore feature for developers
DIY scenes are not getting returned for some lights and users with no real pattern, it's just inconsistent

I am out of solutions to provide to my users using your lights, and things are not in my control anymore, and months are chaining up and I am out of excuses to give.
