is Device H61A9 actually supported?

Using https://openapi.api.govee.com/router/api/v1/user/devices just returns one device, one that is physically turned off. My H61A9, which is very much turned on, is not included in the response.

However if I use the "old" API https://developer-api.govee.com/v1/devices it returns both of them. However that API is too limited for me, I want the new API working on H61A9.
