I am using Postman to try and get the status of an H5103. I have gotten the device through query, and that looks fine. I use the model number and MAC address to get status and I get a 405 Method Not Allowed error.

I'm sure this is something simple, but I am a novice to anything html. Does anyone have tiups to steer me in the right direction?
