Various devics have capabilities and instances associated, but they do not work
I take care of a integration for a HA Platform and have worked on updating it to support the new API. I have tested with all of the devices i have and have found that several devices have reported capabilities/instances that are returned with the device data is looked up but don't work. Below are the details of my findings.
The Govee Glide Hexa Pro H6066 reports all typical light capabilities. Everything seems to work except for Segment RGB Control.
The Lyra Lamp H6072 seems to work with all typical Light commands
H6057 reports it support Segmented RGB and Segmented Brightness, but it doesn't work. It returns a 200 though when called.
The M1 Strip H61E0 seems to work with all typical light commands
The Desk Rope H61C3 seems to work with all typical light commands.
The Xmas tree String Light H70C2 all seems to be working
The Y light H6065 reports all typical light capabilities but does not work with Segement RGB control.
The T2 TV Backlight Kit H605C seems to work with all typical light commands.
The Smart Curtain Lights H70B1 reports typical light commands except Segmented RGB and Segemented Level. All commands work
The Wall Sconces H6088 seems to work with all typical light commands.
The T1 Light Kit H6199 Reports all typical commands but only on/off and level work with new integration
Floor Lamp Basic H7067 seems to work with all typical light commands.
Neon Rope Light H61A1 seems to work with all typical light commands.
Lively Light Bars H610A seem to be missing a bunch of capabilities except the ability to turn on/off.
Smart Ground Lights H7050 seems to work with all typical light commands.
Outdoor LED Strip Lights H6172 seems to work with all typical light commands.
Even though I have had mixed success with the Segemented commands for Brightness and RGBI would like to point out a problem with the command. It seems in many cases the information provide for Max size and element range is not very reliable. I started to test with just a few segments at the very lowest numbers to ensure i was in range. If you go to far it is easy to get bad results.
You can also add the H5086 Smart Plug Pro as it does appear to be supported as well.
I have also found that the H1167 is showing up in the API, That should probably be removed if it is a cloud only device.
